I bought some little bottles shaped like fish and pigs. I was surprised at how small they are. As I was deciding how to fill them I had an idea. I have a syringe for injecting butter or sauces in meats. I put soy sauce in the syringe and presto little fish bottles of soy sauce. I have a pepper sauce in a squirt bottle and it worked too. I now have a small supply of sauces already to go.

I usually suck the sauce into the bottles. Just squeeze the empty bottle, dunk its opening into some sauce, then let go. The sauce gets sucked up. You can wash them the same way, using soapy water.
