Hola!!!! I`ve been reading this page for about two months now and I finally got the courage to say hello!
My name is Natalia I live in Montevideo Uruguay but I was born in a little town caled "Fray Bentos" funny don`t you think? I`m married and on the last year of medicine... Scared to death about becomeing a doctor!
Anyways I absolutly love Just Bento and it`s had a tremendus effect in my life! For starters I am organized and planing my meals in a more balanced way, also we are saving money and I lost 4 pounds since I started so THANKS MAKI!!!!!!
for now I just wanted to say HOLA!
PS: is there anyone else in the comunity from Latin America? o_O

anfortunatly non of them adecuate for weigt loss T-T and both sooooo delicius.

Vivo en Uruguay! I'm not Latin though, but living in Punta Caretas, Montevideo, Uruguay for the past three years.
I'm glad that a local is interested in other foods aside from parrillas and ham.
