Hi, I'm a single mother of a 5 month old girl. I've known about bento for awhile but was never really interested in making them but the more I thought about it, the more fun it sounded like.

Hi. I'm a single mother too - except my boy is 35 and married with two daughters of his own so I suppose I'm not really one any more. But I WAS a single mother when he was growing up. Wish I'd known about bentos when he was small - then maybe he'd have eaten his lunches. As it was they just used to come home uneaten so I stopped making them for him. He used to have about three breakfasts before school anyway, so I don't think he was malnourished.
Welcome to Just Bento.
