Green tea noodles?

I've been cleaning out my pantry, and came across a package of green tea noodles I bought a few months ago and never did anything with - simply because I didn't know what to do. They're fine, light green, made with Wheat Flour, Salt, Tea Powder.

Other than the ingredients, "Tea flavour noodles" and a label marking them as "Product of Taiwan", nothing is english, making me thoroughly confused as to what to pair them with. What would you do ?
Here's a (poor quality) picture:

Re: Green tea noodles?

They are labelled as Cha Soba in Japanese and seem to be from the Kanesu brand - which I know nothing about. It's strange that buckwheat (soba) wasn't listed as one of the ingredients.

I've had other 'soba' noodles made with matcha powder. The green tea is rarely very obvious so you should be able to use these noodles in the same way as standard soba noodles in almost any recipe.
Here's a good start

If you don't want to use dashi, this is an excellent alternative:

(add more avocado if you want to leave out the salmon)
