I'm sorry that this isn't stricltly relevent, but how do you get those weird boxes you can mouse over on flicr? I've seen them on a number of bento posts and they seem very useful but I can't figure out how to put them on.

I know what you mean - there's a tab after you upload a picture that lets you apply notes to your picture.
The add notes button is on the top left hand corner after your picture has been added to your photostream. Click it, then drag it to where you'd like it to be on your picture. You can then type the info in the text box and save it. The text box can also be resized by dragging the sides of the box.
