I'm planning to try your recipe for kiriboshi daikon nimono and use some in my kids' bento lunches. Once I make it, do you know how long I can keep it in the fridge? I'd like to make it on the weekend and then use it in lunches that week. Also, does it freeze well? Thanks!! Zushimom
