I bought Taro Root drink the other day from Chinatown, and loved it. I was thinking of buying the taro root but not sure what to make. Any ideas?

Hi Avenna. There is a basic how to cook taro root article on Just Hungry, which should be a good start. Try searching for 'taro' using the site search too. Of course, taro root is used in many different ways all around Asia, and the Pacific - I just know mainly the Japanese ways. It's a staple of fall/winter stewed recipes and soups.
