Ok, so I just went to Chinatown NY and I jot my First ever bento box!!! But I also got an onigiri mold ( Though I really didn't need it:P) and an egg mold since I can't read Japanese... yet ... I don't know what kind of egg you're supposed to use, like a soft boiled one or a hard boiled one help!! Thanks a bunch maki-sama!!

I can't read Japanese and wouldn't have even recognised what an egg mold was if I hadn't seen this advice from Maki first:

Thanks to her article I felt brave enough to get one (pack of two) for myself when I saw it in a 100yen store. I hope it helps you too.

i love buying those things, eventhough i rarely use them xD
I got lots of onigiri molds, which i use more than the egg molds. I once bought a bento box which came with a little press to mold de rice once it's in the box. It's so cool because you just put the rice on the box, press and voilà! 8 mini-onigiris are made :D

I tried it again with her advice and it starting to come together!! But not quite. I'm positive it's not the recipe ... it's me:P
But they work very well for little onigiri!!
