Posting photos from computer picture file to blog

I am brand new to writting a blog and would like to know how to manage my photos on my pc so that I can upload them to my blog. They are uploaded into a Picture File on my hard drive. Any guidance would be appreciated. Do I have to upload to flicker first?

Is this for your blog on Just Bento? If so, you would be best to upload to flickr first (or any other free photo hosting place). You can upload photos straight to Just Bento, but not very many. I ran out of space after posting one photo tutorial! If you upload to Flickr you then just follow their instructions on how to link to the photos from elsewhere - and Maki has instructions here.
Just realised this was in the "Ask Maki" section! Sorry Maki, didn't mean to butt in - but am leaving it anyway - save you a bit of typing.
