I found this site and I thought that it may be of interest to others :)
It's a collection of old american cookbooks (from 1798 to 1922)

They are available to browse online or downloaded as pdf.

Very cool site, Enui!! I bookmarked it to browse later. Collecting old cookbooks is one of my hobbies, love to peruse thrift stores, etc. for them. I only have a couple as old as some of the books on the site. Old cookbooks are a very interesting window on how folks lived in the past.

I love the great assortment.
I'm slowly reading The Mary Frances Cook Book and I love the illustrations of the "Kitchen People" helping the girl (I mean, how can you not love Auntie Rolling Pin? :) http://digital.lib.msu.edu/projects/cookbooks/coldfusion/display.cfm?ID=...
I had a look at the italian cookbook and it seems good.
When things are a little less hectic for me I'm going to try some recipes from the Oriental cookbook.
I've spent quite a bit of time exploring the `Oriental' and Middle-eastern cookbooks, and there are some absolute GEMS that I plan on making. Thanks for posting this excellent & interesting resource :-)

This is a wonderful website! Thank you for bringing it to our notice. I collect old cookbooks too. I also have a lot of living historians I know that will be interested in this as well. Thank you!
You're welcome!
It was too good not to share, and it's more fun when you have someone that understands :)
