Hello! My name is marzia, I joined in today althought i've been reading justbento.com for a while, to share ideas, have fun with you all and take part in the Bento Challenge! I studied Japanese at university and I love Japanese culture and food. I was not very fond of cooking until I was diagnosed with celiac desease...I had to start following a gluten free diet and - of course - learn how to cook! I bring my home-made lunch everyday at work, and the Japanese bento is a colorful and healthy way to keep up with the diet.

ciao e benvenuto! Io sono il danese, e cresciuto in Italia a quattro anni. L'Italia dove รจ stato forgiato il mio cuore :-) Sadly, I have forgotten so much of the beautiful language, but I feel so lucky to have started my life there as a little girl.
Anyhow, good luck & continued fun with bento :-)

Buon giorno! I haven't studied Italian in about 10 years so I think that's all I remember *g*
I also avoid gluten (mostly - only intolerant not celiac) so we can look at each others bentos for ideas! Which is great because I'm in a rut currently.
:-) thank you!!!
One of my goals of week 5 and weeks to come was to take a more active part in the forum, meet you there!
