Hello all,
Bramble here, though you can call me whatever you like. Just thought I'd stop by and say hi.
I'm a part time college student hoping to major in culinary arts once my basics are done. I also have a deep love of trying different foods and learning about the cultures that go with them.
If anyone needs any help or food ideas I'll be glad to toss mine out there.
*hugs all*
Bramble

Hi Bramble, and welcome! Memphis is yet another place I want to go to one day to see if the barbeque is as good as people say it is :)
The Big Onigiri.
- Wherever you go, there you are. -
Just to warn you. Memphis is like Disney...there are no calories here. There's lots of different places to try, so don't get discouraged if you find you don't like a certain place. hmmm.. If you like Elvis then Graceland is a must. So is the Pink Palace (Oh for your benefit and sanity try not to come during Elvis or COGIC week. It's insane.) May is the BBQ festival. It cost a bit to get in but you can get a three day pass so it's not so bad. They have bands and such as well during May.
Not that much of an Elvis fan...but BBQ Festival in May eh. Put on my 'to-do someday' list for sure :)
