Today I made dumplings for the first time and used up about half of the skins. Now I am wondering how I should save the rest. For now I have just put them in a ziploc bag in the fridge, but I don't want them to dry out before I want to use them next.

Whenever I've made dumplings or wontons I use all the wrappers - they go mouldy quite fast if you keep them sealed up, and dry out if you don't.

The ones I buy here in Uk are frozen, I just split them up and freeze what I don't use. Never had a problem with them drying out so far!
