So, I have all of this coffee sitting around my house, whole bean. Was wondering if you guys have any ideas of what to do with it, besides brewing (Which I do, but working in a coffee shop kinda makes it redundant) and baking (My oven's busted :<). Open to most stuff :D

Coffee fudge. Make really strong café au lait and use that instead of the milk in a fudge recipe.

First thing I thought of was chocolate-covered coffee beans. (http://gifts-chocolate.net/chocolate-covered-coffee-beans)
I found a couple other things too:
Coffee bean cookies (http://www.cdkitchen.com/recipes/recs/860/Coffee-Bean-Cookies79597.shtml)
Almond and coffee bean brittle (http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/21354/almond+and+coffee+bean+brittle)
Coffee bean syrup (http://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/bananas-in-coffee-bean-syrup)
All of those sound good! YAy, I need to try those...
my uncle is an artist and he usually paints with black coffee as if it was sepia watercolor. It's so cool :D

A mole would be good, you can use it on meats, eggs, and in general dishes. Chocolate, coffee, and spice.... yum. Here is a chicken recipe I found just as an example:

Make Kahlua.
Soak the cracked beans in everclear or a clear rum or whiskey.
when it gets kinda dark, strain out the beans and add simple syrup and cream to taste.
Woila! Kahlua.
That plus a little grey goose and a vanilla bean as flavoring in a homemade ice cream=

Scot's-Irish Coffee:
Dark brewed coffee in coffee mugs with a little space left. Add a shot of Bourbon or Tennessee whiskey. Add an oz of cream or half and half. Add real dark amber grade b maple syrup as a sweetener to taste. Add cinnamon to taste. Stir and enjoy one sip at a time.
