Well, it's dimensions are 6 x 3.6 x 2.9 inches (it says so down the page a bit) so it's a reasonable sized bento box. I reckon you could fit your lunch in it.

Aww you're so lucky you can buy bento boxes on Amazon US. I have seen that bento before somewhere and I believe it was about 570ml so should be enough for what you want.
