Today's bento features two delicious Just Bento recipes! It has tuna-tofu-miso miniburgers, broccoli stalk kinpira (with added carrot) and rice sprinkled with yukari. Oh, and a little container of sweet chili sauce in which to dip the miniburgers.
I mixed up the miniburgers last night, so all I had to do this morning was form the patties and fry em up. I made 4 burgers for each bento and ended up only using half of the mixture ... so these might be making an appearance tomorrow too, if we don't eat them for dinner tonight.
