My hubby has been unemployed since december and he's back to work next monday. He'll be working as a lawyer for a chinese company in Madrid which means lots of work, and this is good. He seems very excited yet a little scared of the whole thing :D
This means we are definetely back to bentoing, because my current client's office is near our home (nearer than expected!) so he has been cooking for me these past 5 months.
I'll probably start with some chickpeas salad. I need to take the dust away from my cook notebooks! ^^
